This product is a lavender bath salt with its super cute packaging and amazing lavender smell, it is not going to fail to impress you.

How to use?
Use a tablespoon or two in a bucket of water that you use for bathing or use 4-5 tablespoon for bath tub and experience the luxury of lavender bathing.

What are the Benefits?

NAVRANGI DESI GLAM 

The Navratri Festival is an Indian Festival which is enjoyed by all ages. The Navratri Pooja and the Durga Pooja is done to worship GODDESS DURGA. This festival is celebrated all around the globe

On Navratri, each Goddess of Navadurga is worshiped and puja begins with Shailputri Maa and ends with Siddhidhatri Mata. Dussehra falls on the 10th day and is celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm. Diwali, the festival of lights, is celebrated 20 days after Dussehra. Every year on Navratri eve, devotees are excited to know the list of nine different colors that they are supposed to wear on each day of the festival.

In this post I am going to tell you the meaning of every color and why it is wore on the particular day.

1.Pratipada (first day of navratri)
Shailaputri Maa is first among the Navadurga Goddess to be worshiped. Devotees wear yellow colored dress on the first day 

2.Dwitiya (second day of navratri)
Bharmacharini is the second form of mother goddess which is worshiped on the second day. The color of the day for devotees to wear on this auspicious day is ‘Green‘.

3.Tritiya (third day of navratri)
Chandraghanta is the third appearance of the goddess who symbolizes peace, serenity, beauty and bravery in one’s life. The color is GREY of that day for the devotees.

4.Chaturthi (fifth day of navratri)
Kushmanda is the fourth form of goddess that is worshiped on the fourth day of Navratri. She is mainly considered as the creator of the universe.The color of the day is ORANGE.

5.Panchami (fifth day of navratri)
Skandamata is a face of Maa Durga always known for demolishing the demons. On the fifth day of navratri , wear White :)
  
6.Sashti (sixth day of navratri)
Katyayani is worshiped on the sixth day of Navratri. She is regarded as an avatar of Goddess Durga. Red is the color people wear for that day.

7.Saptami (seventh day of navratri)
Kaalratri is the seventh figure of Goddess Durga and is supposed to protect all her devotees from trouble and evil and grant them with freedom and happiness.The devotees wear Royal blue color o the seventh day.

8.Ashtami (eight day of navratri)
Maha Gauri is worshipped on the eighth day and is regarded for forgiving her devotees’ sins and helping them to get purified.On this day, Saraswati Mata Puja is done whole-heartedly and ‘Pink‘ is regarded as the color of the day for all.

9.Navami (ninth day of navaratri)
                  
Siddhidatri is the form of Maa Durga for the ninth day of Navratri and is known to have great supernatural powers. ‘Purple‘ is the color of the day for ardent devotees as well.

When it comes about makeup, we girls never give up. we tend to try different types of brands & products.... today i have come up with one such brand which is my favourite 'COLOURPOP'

Colourpop is one such uk based brand which is absolutely lit. The price range of this brand is s affordable .But at the same time the quality is so good .
I have ordered many stuffs from colourpop and today the review session is about OVER BRUNCH LIPPIE STIX COLLECTION.

 The inside of the box(picture above) the packaging is so pretty .. the best part about the box is we can reuse it to store makeup or jewellery .... or we can use it as a makeup bag(box) and it has a mirror which is the best part about the box

1.Rooftop (creme formula) (topmost first) this shade as pink undertones and peachy shade to it.
2.Payton (matte formula) (next to rooftop)  this shade is peachy shade , its the lightest shade .. it dulls me a little
3.Parker (matte formula) ( next to payton) this shade is mlbb for nc 40-42 .Has a bit of brown hint.
4.Cami (matte formula) (first from down row) this shade is so pretty has a bit of  purple hints
5.Faded (creme formula) (next to cami) this shade os orangish brown 
6.Mirror Mirror (matte formula) (last from down row) This shade is my absolute favourite its bright pink with burgundy undertones.

Green Facts about Green Tea

Green tea allows you some flavor with plenty of benefits. Green tea is good for health but did you know that it’s also helpful in getting glowing skin? No, I’m not kidding. green tea is actually beneficial for your skin, body and hair. You can consume it orally by drinking or you can use recipe like mask, toner etc on your skin.


Green tea on Hair!

1.Green tea and Egg hair pack - Boil Green Tea in Water . Seperate the water from the leaves.
Now add the white porton of egg inthe water and for extra nourishment add some honey. Apply this pack for 30 minutes and wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner.

2.Green tea water- Rinse your hair with the green tea thrice a month .With the help of this remedy your hairfall will reduce and you will get shine in you hair.

Green Tea on skin!

1.Treat Acne- Take one green tea bag in a bowl and pour hot water into it and brew it. Once the water cools down, take out the green tea bags and keep them aside. Apply the brewed tea on your skin and keep it for 15 minutes. After, rinse off with plain water and follow with moisturizer. Doing this daily will prevent acne and other break outs.

2.Glowing skin- Open used green tea bag and take out the leaves in a bowl. Now add 2 tbsp of gram flour, 1 tbsp of milk powder (or raw milk), and pinch of turmeric in the bowl. Now using rose water, mix all the ingredients and maintain the consistency. Apply this mixture for 15 minutes and then rinse off with Luke-warm water. This face mask reduces pigmentation and dark spots when used regularly. It reduces pimples and lightens complexion.

Those people are lucky who live in cold temperature. 

What is body temperature?

Body temperature is a measure of the body's ability to generate and get rid of heat. The body is very good at keeping its temperature within a narrow, safe range in spite of large variations in temperatures outside the body.

When you are too hot, the blood vessels in your skin expand (dilate) to carry the excess heat to your skin's surface. You may begin to sweat, and as the sweat evaporates, it helps cool your body. When you are too cold, your blood vessels narrow (contract) so that blood flow to your skin is reduced to conserve body heat. You may start shivering, which is an involuntary, rapid contraction of the muscles. This extra muscle activity helps generate more heat. Under normal conditions, this keeps your body temperature within a narrow, safe range.

Natural remedies for maintaining your body heat:
1. Cool Water
 Cool water helps reduce body heat. It also helps the body recover quickly from the side effects of high temperature.

2. Coconut Water 
Coconut water is another effective remedy to help treat heat exhaustion. Its electrolyte composition is excellent for re-hydrating the body. Plus, it is loaded with nutrients that help lift your energy.
3. Watermelon
Watermelon aids in quickly reducing body heat due to its high water content. A potent detoxifier, this fruit helps remove harmful toxins from the body, which can contribute to body heat. Eating watermelon regularly, especially during the summer season, will also help keep you hydrated.
4.. Onion Juice
This is one of the best remedies for treating a heat stroke. Lot of Ayurveda practitioners suggest that this should be the first thing that you must reach out for. Applying onion juice behind the ears and on your chest can help bring down your body temperature. For therapeutic purposes onion juice is more desirable, but you can roast some raw onions with cumin and honey and have it. Raw onions in chutneys or salads can also cool your system.
5.Buttermilk 
 Drinking buttermilk in Summer helps in providing your body with required minerals and vitamins that may be depleted on account of excessive sweat.
6.. Aam Panna
Aam Panna refreshing drink that doubles up as a health tonic. It is made with raw mangoes and spices that cool your body.  This drink should be consumed at least two to three times in a day. ““Aam panna is enriched with cooling spices like cumin, fennel, pepper and kala namak which provides both energy and electrolytes,” says Dr. Simran.
